Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Free on every order within the United States. No minimum spend.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard US delivery takes 5–8 business days. During the Christmas rush (Dec 1–24) allow a few extra days — order by December 12 to be safe.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as the label is created, and you can check progress anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
Can I ship straight to the person I’m gifting?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. We never include prices or invoices in the box.

What payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it, as long as it hasn’t shipped.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.

How long can the message be?
Up to 30 seconds, and you can re-record as many times as you like.
Does the recipient need an app?
No. They pull the cork and it plays. That’s the whole interaction.
Are batteries included?
Yes — AAA batteries come in the box and are replaceable.
Will the message still be there next Christmas?
Yes. The recording stays in memory even when the batteries are removed.
Glass Video Globe
How do I get my video onto it?
Plug it into a computer with the included cable. It appears as a drive. Drag your MP4 videos or JPG photos into the folder. That’s it.
How much can it hold?
Up to about 10 minutes of video, or roughly 220 photos.
Does it play sound?
Yes — a built-in 360° speaker with dial volume control.
I’m not confident with tech. Can you load it for me?
Yes, and it’s free. Place your order, then send us your files through the contact page and we’ll load the globe before it ships.
Can I hang it on a Christmas tree?
Yes. A woven hanging cord and a display base both come in the box.
LED Drawing Board & LumiPens
What age is it for?
Ages 3 and up. Little ones under 3 should have an adult nearby for the markers.
Does the ink come off furniture?
The markers are liquid chalk and wipe clean off any non-porous surface with a damp cloth. Avoid fabric and unsealed wood.
How long does a charge last?
Around 10 hours of glow per USB-C charge.
Do the markers run out?
Eventually, yes — which is why we sell refill sets. Most families order a spare set with the board.
Will the pens work on other boards?
Yes. They write on glass, mirrors, windows, whiteboards and virtually any LED drawing board.
Returns & guarantees
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If it isn’t right, tell us and we’ll replace it or refund you. Items should be in resellable condition.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo through the contact page and we ship a replacement immediately. You don’t need to return the damaged one.
Who pays return shipping?
We do, if the problem is on our end. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.

How do the multi-packs work?
Choose a 2-pack or 3-pack on the product page and the discount is already built into the price. The 3-packs also include a free bonus item.
Can I stack a coupon on top of a bundle?
One discount code per order — but bundle pricing and free shipping always apply.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes. Contact us with quantities and we’ll send you a quote.
