How it works

  1. Order confirmed. You get an email within minutes of checkout. This one has your order number, not your tracking number.
  2. Packed and shipped. Within 1 business day we pack your order and hand it to the carrier. That is when the tracking email goes out.
  3. In transit. Standard US delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Tracking usually starts updating 24 to 48 hours after the label is created.
  4. Delivered. If it says delivered and you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building's mail room, then message us. We will sort it out.

What the statuses mean

Label created We printed the label. The carrier has not scanned it yet. Normal for the first 24 to 48 hours.
In transit Moving through the network. Scans can be a day apart. Silence is not a problem.
Out for delivery On the truck today. Usually lands before 8pm.
Exception / delayed Weather, a sorting error, or a bad address. Message us and we will chase the carrier or reship.

Christmas delivery deadlines

To have it under the tree, place your order by December 12 for standard delivery. Orders placed December 13 to 18 usually still arrive, but we cannot promise it once the carriers hit peak volume. Every order ships gift-ready, so you can send it straight to the recipient.
