Some GlowTales products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
Don’t worry — you won’t be charged additional shipping because an order is delivered separately.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll always do our best to help, but once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes and cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
